Fantasy Volleyball Positions

I'm currently think that the best rosters for fantasy volleyball would be six person rosters to mirror the way the actual game is played, and to keep things simple for those who are new to the game.  The big question is whether the rosters should be made up of players with specific positions, such as setter, middle blocker, outside hitter, opposite or libero, or whether all roster slots should be flexible.
